Job Requirements

- Experience in slot operations or gaming management
- Proficiency with slot accounting and management software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, gaming management, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in slot performance management or gaming operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and financial reports
- Proficiency in slot machine accounting systems and related software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams
- Knowledge of the casino industry trends and technology innovations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and financial forecasts
Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting and promoting company values
- Provide timely and insightful recommendations and reports to Executive Leadership
- Maintain deep understanding of slot products and evaluate their performance on the gaming floor
- Deliver comprehensive product plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly to slot team and leadership
- Collaborate with Slot Technical team to administer departmental systems including IGT machine accounting, RealWinn Solutions, and OPTX
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support capital machine purchases and revenue estimations
- Assist Slot Operations in optimizing labor-to-business volume ratios
- Research and evaluate new slot manufacturers and technologies
- Prepare financial review documentation highlighting areas for improvement
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
