Job Requirements

  • Aptitude and attitude to win
  • Retail sales associate experience preferred
  • Technical savvy with ability to use computer programs and mobile/app-based technologies
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays including key sales events

Job Qualifications

  • Retail sales associate experience is preferred
  • Some commission sales experience is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use computer and mobile applications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent Guest experience and develop a client base by building lasting relationships with all Guests by engaging in Sleep Outfitters sales processes and post-purchase programs
  • Set and achieve sales goals with effective use of the exclusive Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and make recommendations
  • Expand knowledge on products and the importance of better sleep to provide the best sleep solutions
  • Maintain a store environment that supports a positive Guest experience
  • Engage in the community to create awareness about the importance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can help
  • Execute company initiatives and demonstrate company values in all interactions with Guests and Sales Consultants
