Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
- Fluent English communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to set and clear tables efficiently without breakage
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must maintain professional appearance and proper uniform standards at all times
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 hotel environment
- Regular and reliable attendance required

Job Duties
- Assist servers with food and beverage service in a professional, organized, and timely manner
- Run food and carry trays safely and efficiently throughout the restaurant
- Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Provide water and beverage service while maintaining attentive table service
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health code standards throughout the outlet
