Marshalls is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team at the Marshalls Store 0420 in Orlando, FL. The role of store associate primarily focuses on maintaining a clean and organized store environment with an emphasis on comprehensive floor care. This includes the operation of specialized cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Beyond cleaning duties, the associate also supports general organizational and recovery standards throughout the store, including the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms to ensure a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for customers and co-workers.

This role is dynamic and cross-functional, as associates are cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support changing business needs. These areas can include front-end operations, backroom tasks, and sales floor activities. Associates are expected to respond flexibly to store needs, whether it involves floor care, customer service coverage, or assisting with merchandising and signage standards. Conscientious adherence to operational procedures, loss prevention policies, and safety guidelines is crucial to thriving in this role. Associates must effectively communicate with management and peers to maintain smooth operations and a safe working environment.
