Currently, Skyline at First Hill is seeking a part-time Concierge to join its dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people and committed to providing outstanding customer service within a professional and welcoming environment. The concierge position is a vital part of the community’s operations, serving as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members, ensuring that every interaction embodies warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. The position requires availability on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23 depending on experience.
The Concierge at Skyline is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various front desk duties, all while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. Administrative responsibilities include taking messages, routing calls, taking notes, and distributing mail and packages promptly. The role also involves maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of background check and drug screening
- Pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines

Job Duties
- Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
- Takes calls, schedules meetings and appointments, and performs other front desk duties as assigned
- Provides exceptional customer service to team members and residents
- Performs general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, and taking memos/notes
- Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries
- Maintains office supplies and orders new inventory as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
