Known for its comprehensive approach to senior living, Skyline combines exceptional care with a vibrant community atmosphere, making it an ideal place for older adults to enjoy their retirement years. The community is dedicated to providing an environment that emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and meaningful service. As a team, Skyline is committed to innovation and collaboration, supporting both its residents and employees with a culture of respect, fun, and teamwork. With a focus on enriching the lives of older adults, Skyline is not just a retirement community – it is a place where people can thrive, find joy, and experience compassionate care every day.

The role of an On-Call Overnight Concierge at Skyline offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of this vibrant community. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, enjoy being in a supportive environment, and excel in roles that require responsibility, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. The Concierge plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the community during overnight hours, monitoring various systems, and acting as a reliable point of contact for residents and staff alike. At Skyline, the overnight concierge is valued not only for their vigilance but also for their friendly demeanor and willingness to support the community's well-being.

This position is part-time and pays $23 per hour, which reflects the importance Skyline places on rewarding diligent, dependable team members. Working as an On-Call Overnight Concierge involves engaging with multiple systems such as security cameras, emergency response alerts, and communication networks to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on the premises. Responsibilities also include monitoring the Silvertrac system, responding promptly to any security or safety issues, maintaining supplies, and supporting other team members, including valet and security staff. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently during overnight shifts.

Skyline at First Hill prides itself on a work environment that not only focuses on excellent service but also on work/life balance, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision care, and retirement options for full-time employees. Both full-time and part-time team members enjoy generous paid time off and unique perks that enhance their workplace experience. The organization values the opinions of its staff, promotes open communication, and fosters a culture where ideas are shared and collaboration leads to positive outcomes. Joining Skyline means becoming part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying a supportive and engaging workplace.
