Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and perform other front desk duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members and residents
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, and taking memos or notes
  • Distribute packages, mail, and other deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and order new inventory as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
