As a Host/Busser at Schweitzer, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests at the Sky House lodge, making your presence and demeanor critical to the overall impression of the resort. The job requires professionalism, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to manage seating efficiently to maintain a steady flow of guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing wait times, assisting servers, and ensuring tables are clean and reset promptly. The shift typically runs from 11 am to 5 pm, with weekend availability required.

This role includes several physical demands such as standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and various movements like bending and reaching. The work environment spans both indoor and outdoor areas, requiring adaptability and stamina. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4-6 months of related experience, solid customer service skills, and basic English literacy and numeracy.
