The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join the Sky High by Jean-Georges culinary team. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, setting efficient systems to uphold the highest culinary standards, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food experiences that align with the Jean-Georges brand and Four Seasons’ prestigious reputation. The Chef de Cuisine works in close partnership with Jean-Georges management to innovate menu development and execute culinary experiences that reflect the combined mission of precision, creativity, and luxury.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for flawless service, integrity, and an exemplary work ethic. This role requires a minimum of five years of culinary experience, including at least two years in a similar management position. The Chef de Cuisine must be proficient in operating food and beverage computer systems, culinary production equipment, and hold valid work authorization in the United States. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, given the hotel's 24/7 operational schedule.
