Within this luxurious setting, the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the leadership of its acclaimed Sky High Bar & Lounge. This full-time role focuses on managing daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring impeccable service and exceptional guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and guest engagement.

The Assistant Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role on the floor as a visible leader, responsible for coaching and inspiring team members to deliver personalized, high-quality service. Financial acumen is important for success in this role, as you will manage labor costs, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control to drive profitability without compromising service standards. Job Qualifications

  • Strong experience in bar/lounge or restaurant operations within a luxury or high-volume environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Solid business acumen, including cost control and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • A guest-first mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering high levels of satisfaction
