Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC or related field
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical capability to perform manual labor
- good communication skills
- willingness to attend training and development sessions

- leading installation projects and coordinating with team members
- assisting technicians and installers with on-site tasks

- ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
- troubleshooting system issues and providing effective solutions
- maintaining accurate service records and documentation
