We are currently seeking Experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team at ARS through an upcoming hiring event. This role involves delivering high-quality HVAC services to residential clients, ensuring their home comfort systems are operating efficiently and effectively. The event will take place on Thursday, April 30th, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at our location in San Antonio, TX. Candidates attending the event will have the unique opportunity to meet and interview with our management team, allowing them to gain insight into our operations and company culture. This open invitation encourages all interested technicians to walk in, interview, and get hired on the spot, with RSVP encouraged but not mandatory.

We offer competitive pay along with a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 depending on experience and interview performance. This full-time residential position provides year-round work with no overnight shifts or emergency calls past 9 pm, offering a balanced work-life schedule. Technicians are expected to maintain a professional appearance, with casual, business casual, or work uniform attire acceptable for the hiring event.
