Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years commercial site management experience
- Experience specifically in restaurant or QSR construction projects
- Ability to travel as required for project needs
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior commercial site manager experience
- Experience managing restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) construction projects
- Strong schedule management skills with proven ability to drive subcontractors
- Professional, polished communication style with high client-facing confidence
- Familiarity with the Atlanta subcontractor market
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with technology used for daily reporting and schedule management
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily site operations and schedule adherence for fully subcontracted projects
- Coordinate and manage all trade partners, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Maintain a clean, professional site presence and provide consistent client updates
- Drive project timelines with strict adherence to milestones and target dates
- Ensure safety compliance and company standards across all phases of the build
- Troubleshoot field issues and escalate critical items to leadership
- Represent the business professionally with owners, consultants, and partners
