Proudly honored with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, the company operates various programs including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, and Crme de la Crme. These programs are designed to build confidence in children, support families, and positively influence the future by offering comprehensive early education and childcare services. With more than 2,000 sites and centers spread across 40 states and the District of Columbia, KinderCare is dedicated to serving diverse communities with programs that are research-backed, accredited, and customizable to meet the needs of each family. The organization is deeply committed to inclusion and equal opportunity, fostering an environment where all employees and families feel supported and valued irrespective of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

The role of Site Director at Champions, a division focused on supporting elementary-aged children during out-of-school time on school grounds, is integral to fulfilling KinderCares mission. Site Directors lead and supervise teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences using a nationally recognized curriculum as a foundation. This position involves partnering with school administrators, families, and community leaders to provide high-quality care and education that inspires children and promotes learning. Site Directors are passionate about educational excellence and empowering confident educators while maintaining strict licensing, safety, and operational standards at their sites.

The position requires a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and who is dedicated to fostering positive interactions with children, families, and staff. In addition to leading educational programming, Site Directors ensure their sites operate effectively and meet state-specific guidelines.

This role is ideal for those who have at least one year of teaching experience, a genuine love for children, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess the physical capabilities necessary to engage closely with children in both indoor and outdoor environments. Employment with KinderCare includes a range of benefits designed to support employees both professionally and personally, such as discounted childcare, medical, dental, and vision insurance for families and pets, employee assistance programs, wellness initiatives, paid time off, and other valuable perks. Joining KinderCare means becoming part of a vibrant community that values dedication, excellence, and growth in early childhood education.
