Target Field is the well-known home of the Minnesota Twins, a major league baseball team with a seating capacity of 39,504. This premier venue offers a variety of food and beverage options, including chef-attended action stations, a carving station, and fan-favorite ballpark treats under the "Taste of the Ballpark" brand. Delaware North has a rich history as a family-owned business with over 100 years of experience, growing into a global legacy with a focus on creating exceptional experiences for guests everywhere.

Delaware North is currently seeking a seasonal Site Coordinator to join its team at Target Field for the game day season. This role is critically important in ensuring administrative and onboarding functions run smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the venue's game day operations. As a Site Coordinator, you will be in charge of managing essential processes such as training program delivery, maintaining training records, organizing hiring activities, onboarding new team members, and providing administrative support to management and leadership on game days. Your responsibilities will also include answering phones, handling paperwork, and acting as a resource for team members to address any questions or concerns.

This hourly role offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where no two days are the same. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary to meet operational needs. Candidates will benefit from Delaware North's comprehensive benefits package, which not only includes weekly pay and employee discounts but also offers health, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, professional development opportunities, and tuition or certification reimbursement for eligible team members.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a family-owned company that values its people above all else. This role offers a chance to work within a dedicated team of hospitality professionals in an iconic sports venue environment, delivering excellent guest service and contributing to memorable sporting events. With Delaware North's broad reach and diverse business segments, employees have unique opportunities for career advancement in food service, retail, hospitality, and beyond.
