Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of receptionist and/or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with travel planning and organizing large group meetings
- Strong work ethic with ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
- Ability to work under deadline pressure maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Self-directed and proactive with problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Manage the front desk, greeting all guests professionally
- Monitor visitor access, issue badges, and assist with requests
- Track all employee visitors and coordinate workspace and Wi-Fi access
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across departments
- Arrange and manage calendars, meetings, conference calls, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and catering requests
- Maintain the reception area and manage office space and workstation availability
- Follow and uphold company code of conduct and security policies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
