The role of SIPRNET Operations Manager at GDMS is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the organization's Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) administration functions across multiple geographically dispersed sites in the United States. This hybrid or remote position, with travel requirements based on business needs, demands an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance from day one and is open only to U.S. citizens due to the nature of the work.

The SIPRNET Operations Manager leads a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who ensure that SIPRNET environments maintain operational readiness, full compliance with policies and cybersecurity requirements, and continuous preparedness for Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA). This proactive oversight ensures that the network environments are secure and dependable every day of the year, rather than only during scheduled audits.

Success in this role requires a seasoned leader capable of independent decision-making, driving team accountability, influencing cross-functional collaboration, and escalating issues promptly to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and thrives within fast-paced, tightly regulated environments. The position offers a competitive salary range typically between $149,902 and $162,199 annually, reflective of experience and geographic factors.
