Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
- Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications

- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work standing or walking for long periods
- Competent in using point of sale systems such as MICROS
- Familiarity with food safety and service standards

- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests while singing to entertain
- Attend to waiter duties while performing
- Set tables according to event type and service standards
- Answer questions about menu selections
- Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, reheating requests, and product availability
- Notify kitchen of additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
- Register transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order
- Verify guest satisfaction with each dish or drink
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, dishes, and glassware throughout the day
- Complete closing tasks including restocking items and turning off lights
- Present accurate physical checks to guests and process payments
- Comply with company safety policies and report hazards
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and greet guests following company standards
- Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities graciously
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Ensure quality expectations and standards are met
- Visually verify information and read fine print
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with help
- Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Reach overhead and below knee level items
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
