The resort embraces individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and part of the Deer Valley family. With over 1,100 staff members celebrating five or more seasons, the resort’s commitment to employee satisfaction and culture is evident.

The role of Baker II at Deer Valley Resort focuses on producing and presenting high-quality baked goods and pastries that align with the resort’s celebrated standards. Employees benefit from a range of perks, including ski benefits, discounts, subsidized meals, housing options, and healthcare availability. The Baker II role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under time constraints while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. It also offers the opportunity to engage directly with guests, providing excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner. This position suits individuals looking for a rewarding seasonal job with room for growth within a high-profile hospitality operation.
