It operates globally with a strong presence in many countries and is known for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. PwC's Internal Firm Services (IFS) practice supports the firm's internal functions and client-facing teams by providing expertise in operations, brand management, marketing, and event execution.

The Signature Events Manager role at PwC offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead the planning and successful execution of corporate events that align with the organization's business goals and client objectives. This managerial role extends beyond event logistics to include leadership responsibilities encompassing team coaching, performance management, and fostering an innovative mindset within the team.

The Signature Events Manager must possess strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring that events are delivered on time and within budget while creating engaging attendee experiences. The role requires managing all phases of event planning including budgeting, scheduling, vendor and venue management, risk management including health and safety protocols, and post-event analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. This role also involves addressing conflicts and difficult conversations diplomatically and effectively with clients and team members to maintain strong professional relationships.

Candidates can expect a dynamic and challenging work environment where technology and innovation in digital marketing and event management are embraced and encouraged. The position demands a proactive leader who can inspire and develop staff, leverage data analytics to optimize event strategies, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives. Travel up to 20-percent may be required, indicating opportunities for on-site event management and client engagement.

The offered salary range for this role is $73,500 to $212,280 annually, with a higher ceiling up to $244,000 for residents of Washington state. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and the position qualifies for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plans, paid holiday and vacation leave, personal and family sick leave, and many more perks that support work-life balance and employee well-being. This role is designed for those who have a passion for delivering excellent corporate event experiences while driving strategic marketing initiatives within a respected global firm.
