Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Experience with HUD and Tax Credit programs preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Computer proficiency
- Professional demeanor
- Experience with seniors or disabled persons preferred
- Willingness to travel to other sites
- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge or experience with Tax Credit and HUD programs preferred

Job Duties
- Handle correspondence, telephone contacts, and incoming mail in a professional and expedient manner
- Ensure accurate and professional letters, documents, and other materials are produced within established periods
- Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, and schedule appointments
- Assist the Community Administrator with scheduling, organizing, and hosting resident functions and other activities
- Assist with property reports and projects by organizing research and gathering required data
- Prepare and maintain vehicle registration
- Establish and maintain relationships with other staff members
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist in the development and placement of advertising
- Greet drop-ins and respond to inquiries
- Present property and apartments consistent with the property image and relevant to prospects
- Assist prospects with applications and verify them according to company policy and resident qualification standards
- Ensure leasing data is entered correctly and timely into property management software
- Assist in the recertification process
- Establish and maintain relationships with current residents
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
- Accept revenue payments from residents and handle payments according to company policy
- Take maintenance and service requests from residents and forward to the maintenance team
- Assist with daily bank deposits
- Maintain confidentiality with tenant information
- Prepare and maintain HUD/Tax Credit files for tenants
- Assist with audits and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to company safety standards and key control policies
- Carry out duties promptly to ensure efficient property operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
