This role is full-time and based in Rochester, Minnesota, with a work schedule on Shift 4 from Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

The role involves preparing products for systems-level assembly by handling tasks such as unpacking, set-up assembly, final packaging, and repair as needed. The individual will follow detailed manufacturing instructions and process routings to ensure each product meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities include verifying kits, entering batch lot information, packaging and labeling according to documented guidance, utilizing appropriate tools and materials, performing soldering and inspection operations, and conducting final inspections to ensure no defects or fingerprints remain on the products. Operators in this role are also expected to mentor less experienced colleagues, assist manufacturing engineering with prototype and pre-production builds, and support data entry into process feedback systems and operations tracking. Attention to detail, understanding of basic computer skills, component recognition, confidentiality, and professionalism are key to success in this position. The compensation for this position ranges from $17.83 to $21.74 per hour plus shift differentials, depending on various factors such as skills and experience.
