The System Integration Assembler role at Benchmark in Rochester, Minnesota offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic manufacturing process. As a full-time position on Shift 4 (working Friday through Sunday, 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM), this role involves preparing products for system-level assembly, including unpacking, setup assembly, final packaging, and repairs as necessary. Attention to quality and accuracy is paramount, as employees are responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

This position is classified as safety-sensitive, meaning the role requires adherence to strict safety and compliance standards, including pre-employment drug screening where applicable. The assembler's responsibilities also encompass data entry related to tracking and production systems like the Process Feedback System (PFS) and Operations Complete (Baan), alongside mentoring less experienced operators and assisting in prototype and pre-production builds. Candidates should exhibit excellent component recognition, basic computer literacy, and high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Benchmark offers a competitive compensation range from $17.83 to $19.78 per hour, determined by various factors including skills and certifications. The company supports its workforce comprehensively with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and performance bonuses, all aligned with scheduled hours.
