The assembly technician role at Benchmark involves preparing products for system-level assembly, encompassing unpacking, setup, assembly, final packaging, and performing repairs as needed. This full-time position is based in Rochester, Minnesota, operating during the first shift with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role focuses on precision and quality, requiring close adherence to manufacturing protocols and detailed documentation to ensure that every product assembled meets or exceeds customer satisfaction standards.
