Job Requirements
- Valid MD driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and pushing wheelchairs
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to person-centered care principles
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid MD driver’s license

- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- CPR and First Aid certification required before starting
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to walk, stand, and push wheelchairs during the workday
- Experience with elderly or disabled populations is preferred
Job Duties
- Transport seniors and adults with disabilities to and from appointments, day programs, and outings within the Columbia, MD area
- Assist the housekeeping team with daily cleaning tasks
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, great room, and hallways
- Push wheelchairs and assist clients as needed
- Vacuum halls and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles regularly
- Mop dining and common areas as needed
