- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- valid Kansas driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to pass a physical exam and meet health requirements
- previous customer service, concierge, or receptionist experience preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic environment

Job Duties
- provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents and guests across campus
- assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the shuttle vehicle
- follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations
- serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff
- answer and direct incoming calls and communications
- greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality
- monitor safety systems including cameras, alarms, and emergency alerts
- coordinate work orders and assist with administrative tasks
- handle deliveries and distribute items appropriately
- support front desk operations and assist with training new team members
