The Shuttle Driver / Concierge position at Larksfield Place is a unique, full-time role that blends transportation responsibilities with front desk concierge duties. This position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and starts at a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Team members in this role play a crucial part in maintaining safe, reliable transportation across the campus while simultaneously serving as the friendly face and first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff. This dual role requires flexibility and adaptability, as employees seamlessly transition between driving and administrative duties throughout the day. In addition to transportation, the Concierge duties include welcoming visitors, managing communications, monitoring safety systems, and supporting front desk operations, all aimed at ensuring a smooth and secure environment. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- valid Kansas driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to pass a physical exam and meet health requirements
- previous customer service, concierge, or receptionist experience preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic environment

Job Duties
- provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents and guests across campus
- assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the shuttle vehicle
- follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations
- serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff
- answer and direct incoming calls and communications
- greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality
- monitor safety systems including cameras, alarms, and emergency alerts
- coordinate work orders and assist with administrative tasks
- handle deliveries and distribute items appropriately
- support front desk operations and assist with training new team members
