We are currently seeking professional Shuttle Drivers who will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services between our parking facilities and airport terminals. This role is vital to the operational success of our company as Shuttle Drivers serve as ambassadors who represent our commitment to exceptional guest service. This is a non-CDL position with a competitive pay rate starting at $14.55 per hour, complemented by opportunities to earn tips both in cash and through mobile payments. As a Shuttle Driver at The Parking Spot, you will be responsible for safely transporting up to 15 passengers per trip, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws. We emphasize not only driving expertise but also the importance of exceptional customer service—including greeting customers warmly, assisting with luggage, and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our parking facilities and airport terminals. Your cooperation with fellow team members will help create a seamless experience for all guests.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school education or equivalent
- currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- currently holds the applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation
- previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- provide pleasant customer service
- demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
