The Parking Spot is currently seeking professional Shuttle Drivers (Non-CDL) to join its team across all shifts in a standby capacity. This role is vital in ensuring safe, efficient, and courteous transportation of customers between parking facilities and airport terminals. Shuttle Drivers are the face of the company to many guests and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. The offered pay rate is $14.55 per hour, complemented by generous tips via both cash and mobile payment methods. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Hold applicable licenses or badges required for commercial vehicle operation
  • Willingness and ability to pass a physical exam required by regulations
  • English proficiency for communication and compliance
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Hold applicable licenses or badges required for commercial vehicle operation
  • Capable of passing a physical exam as required by federal and state regulations
  • Proficient in reading and speaking English
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from airport terminals and parking locations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage
  • Provide pleasant and courteous customer service
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
  • Cooperate with team members to deliver excellent service
  • Cross-train for other frontline positions as needed
  • Comply with all applicable vehicle operation regulations
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management
