Job Description

WallyPark is a leading provider of premium airport parking services dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a commitment to exceeding customer expectations every time, WallyPark has established itself as a trusted name among travelers seeking convenience, safety, and hospitality. The company operates multiple parking facilities strategically located near major airports, making airport transit seamless and stress-free for customers. WallyPark prides itself on its warm hospitality and superior customer service, which form the core values upheld by every employee on their team. Through its inclusive and professional work environment, WallyPark fosters a culture that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

In the role of Shuttle Driver, the successful candidate will be an essential contributor to the customer's airport experience by safely transporting passengers between airport parking facilities and airport terminals. This full-time or part-time position requires a dependable, friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Shuttle Drivers at WallyPark act as ambassadors of the company's brand, providing assistance with luggage, addressing customer questions, and promoting the company's various benefits and programs. A valid license with the appropriate endorsements to operate a shuttle bus, a clean driving record, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays, are mandatory. Prior shuttle driving experience is a strong advantage but not a strict requirement.

WallyPark offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, including paid holidays, vacation and sick time, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and career growth. Part-time employees also receive attractive benefits such as paid holidays, professional development, and growth opportunities. The hourly pay rate is $14.63, with a $500 employee referral program rewarding those who help bring talented individuals to the company.

The work environment is physically demanding, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to noise, vibration, and varying weather conditions. Shuttle Drivers must possess knowledge of all shuttle vehicle functions, including ADA lifts and wheelchair securement, and demonstrate safe and defensive driving techniques. They must also be adept at cooperating with team members to maintain smooth operations, follow federal, state, and local transportation regulations, and maintain a clean and orderly shuttle vehicle.

WallyPark's commitment to diversity and inclusion ensures equal employment opportunities for all candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. The company values the unique contributions of each employee and fosters a supportive, respectful workplace.
