We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Van Driver / Operations Attendant. This is a full-time opportunity based in Manchester, New Hampshire, offering both first and second shifts. The role is ideal for someone with an engaging personality who enjoys interacting with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections. As a Van Driver / Operations Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and assisting throughout their stay. Your duties will include safely operating the hotel shuttle to transport guests to Manchester Airport and local destinations, assisting with luggage, providing hotel and local area information, and supporting various hotel operations including restocking the Made Market, supporting housekeeping and laundry operations, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas. This position also includes light security awareness and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a good driving record
- Previous hotel or driving experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate a hotel shuttle vehicle
- Ability to assist guests with luggage and service needs
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in multiple hotel areas
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle while providing professional and courteous transportation service to guests
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation during arrival and departure
- Provide guests with directions, hotel information, local recommendations, and assistance as needed
- Receive, organize, deliver, and assist with charging guest packages in accordance with hotel procedures
- Assist with dry-cleaning coordination and other guest service requests
- Perform daily inspections of hotel vehicles, reporting maintenance concerns and ensuring vehicles remain clean and presentable
- Maintain and restock the Made Market including stocking beverages, snacks, and supplies, maintaining fresh lobby coffee, monitoring cleanliness and organization, and recording purchases
- Support housekeeping operations by restocking carts, delivering linen and supplies, organizing storage areas, stripping guest rooms as necessary, and assisting housekeeping leadership
- Support laundry operations by loading/unloading washers and dryers, sorting, folding, organizing, transporting linen, operating equipment safely, and maintaining cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas including sweeping entrances, dusting lobby surfaces, removing trash, and keeping guest areas ready
- Assist with light security awareness and support as requested
- Remain productive and engaged by assisting other Rooms Division operations
- Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and cooperation with guests, coworkers, and management
- Follow all hotel safety procedures, cleanliness standards, and operational policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
