This role is based in El Paso, Texas, offering a competitive wage of $13.00 per hour. It is a critical position centered on ensuring smooth and efficient transit services to clients through the maintenance, management, and operation of shuttle and bus services. The position entails performing vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards, fueling and cleaning buses, logging trip counts, and assisting disabled passengers. Reliability and punctuality are paramount, as employees are expected to be present at every scheduled shift, fully in uniform, and ready to provide excellent customer service. The candidate must carry a valid state-issued driver's license during duty hours and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Critical to the role is not only technical skill but also customer interaction, requiring personnel to courteously assist passengers, respond to inquiries, and refer complex issues to the Facility Manager.

The position also includes auxiliary responsibilities such as reporting safety hazards, accidents, and violations, facilitating communication regarding garage conditions like debris or spills, and substituting for cashiers or valets when authorized. A thorough knowledge of the facility layout as well as local major streets, landmarks, and freeways is essential for navigating effectively. This position could also involve assisting customers with luggage and other travel-related items, especially in airport settings. Employees will collaborate closely with Facility Managers and may undertake other duties as necessary to support daily operations.
