Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six to twelve months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications

- Effective communication skills with customers using tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of hotel services and local area

Job Duties
- Provide safe, timely and courteous transportation to hotel guests
- Communicate time constraints clearly to guests and team
- Deliver and place amenities as directed
- Assist with guest welcome, arrival, and luggage handling
- Maintain hotel vehicles in safe and like new condition
- Be informed about hotel services and local attractions
- Support front desk with telephone calls, wake-up calls, and guest room deliveries
