Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College)
  • 0-1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Good customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of DOT and traffic regulations
  • Experience operating shuttle buses preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Duties

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety
  • Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels
  • Maintain a clean and organized driver area
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property
  • Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed
  • Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away
  • Practice safe and defensive driving at all times
  • Follow all DOT, Indiana traffic, client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations
