We are currently seeking part-time Shuttle Drivers to join our professional team. Shuttle Drivers at The Parking Spot are responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for customers traveling between our parking facilities and airport terminals. This role is essential in maintaining smooth and pleasant customer experiences from arrival to departure at the airport. Available shifts are from 8PM to 1AM or 9PM to 2AM, offering consistent scheduling for those who need reliability in their work life. The pay rate starts at $18.42 per hour, plus tips that can be received through both cash and mobile payments. Furthermore, regular bonus opportunities exist for eligible team members, enhancing the overall compensation package.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class B commercial driver’s license with a passenger endorsement, demonstrating the ability to competently operate large vehicles that can transport up to 15 passengers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. You will also greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide pleasant and professional service throughout their journey. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to uphold the company’s reputation for service excellence.

Additional responsibilities may include cross-training for other frontline positions as needed, abiding by all applicable regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and airport requirements, and executing any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
