The role of Shuttle Driver at The Parking Spot is pivotal to its operational success and customer satisfaction. This full-time position offers 1st and 2nd shift opportunities and requires weekend availability. Shuttle Drivers ensure the safe and courteous transportation of customers between various parking facilities and airport terminals. These professionals are responsible for transporting up to 15 passengers while adhering strictly to safe driving practices, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and delivering outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their luggage. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of the facility layout and airport terminals to provide efficient and knowledgeable service.

Beyond driving duties, Shuttle Drivers are integral to maintaining a cooperative team environment, working alongside fellow team members to uphold the highest service standards. The position may also involve cross-training for other frontline roles as directed by management, providing opportunities for skill growth and career development.
