This job opportunity is for the role of Shuttle Driver, requiring a Class B license with a passenger endorsement. Shuttle Drivers play a vital role by ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers between The Parking Spot’s parking facilities and airport terminals. They act as the face of the company, consistently delivering exceptional service that reflects the brand’s core values of teamwork, people-centric service, and safety. The role operates across all shifts, including on-call availability, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Compensation for this position is competitive, with a pay rate of $22 per hour plus tips, rewarding drivers not only through an hourly wage but also potential additional income via gratuities based on their service quality. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Holds a valid Class B commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement
- Maintains a satisfactory driving record
- Must be willing to pass a physical exam as required
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver or customer service experience preferred
- Holds and maintains a satisfactory driving record per company policy
- Holds a Class B commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement
- Willingness to pass required physical examinations
- Able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for public interaction and regulatory compliance
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform appropriate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage
- Provide pleasant and efficient customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service
- Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed
- Comply with all commercial vehicle operation regulations
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
