This role is vital to the smooth operation of SYGMA’s distribution network, where the primary responsibility is the safe and efficient operation of tractor-trailers between SYGMA facilities and shuttle yards. Drivers are tasked with managing shuttle routes, which may include picking up backhauls to optimize logistics and reduce empty miles. This position also involves, on an as-needed basis, unloading and delivering various products to customer locations according to a set route schedule. The role demands a strong focus on safety, adherence to company and regulatory standards, and excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.

The position of CDL A Shuttle Delivery Truck Driver at SYGMA is designed to offer drivers a career with predictable daily routes, primarily allowing most drivers to be home daily.
