We are currently seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Shuttle Driver / Guest Services Associate. This multifaceted position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. The role uniquely combines the responsibilities of safely transporting guests using the hotel shuttle with providing excellent guest services within the hotel. Depending on daily operational needs and schedules, you will also serve as a Lobby Attendant or a Breakfast Server, helping to create smooth and enjoyable experiences for our guests from their arrival to their departure.

As a Hotel Shuttle Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely transport guests to and from designated locations using the hotel shuttle. You will assist guests with their luggage, ensure that the shuttle vehicle is clean, organized, and fueled, and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Delivering friendly and knowledgeable service, you will also provide helpful local recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay.

When assigned as a Lobby Attendant, you will maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and public areas, ensuring all guest amenities and refreshments are well-stocked and readily available. Your role includes assisting guests with general inquiries, monitoring entrances and public spaces for cleanliness and safety, and supporting the front desk team when necessary. Your presence within the lobby contributes significantly to the first impression guests have of the hotel.

As a Breakfast Server, your duties involve setting up and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area, preparing and replenishing food and beverages, and keeping the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service hours. Upholding food safety and sanitation standards, you will provide attentive and friendly service that ensures guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
