We are currently seeking full-time Shuttle Drivers (Non-CDL) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as it directly impacts the guest experience by providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services. Shuttle Drivers will be responsible for the safe transport of customers between parking facilities and airport terminals, ensuring timely and comfortable transitions. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.29, supplemented by tips both in cash and via mobile platforms, along with frequent bonus opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Currently holds and maintains a satisfactory driving record
  • Holds applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities
  • Must be willing to pass a physical examination as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
  • Can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Currently holds and maintains a satisfactory driving record
  • Holds applicable licenses or badges required to operate a commercial vehicle
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Job Duties

  • Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and parking locations while adhering to safe driving practices
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage
  • Provide pleasant customer service
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the parking facility and airport terminals
  • Cooperate with team members to deliver optimal service
  • Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed
  • Comply with all regulations governing commercial vehicle operation
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management
