This full-time non-CDL Shuttle Driver role involves safely transporting passengers between The Parking Spot’s parking locations and local airport terminals, making customer service and safe driving the primary focus of the job. Drivers are expected to manage the transport of up to 15 passengers comfortably and efficiently, performing routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance while greeting customers warmly and assisting with their luggage. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.29, plus tips that are both cash and mobile, alongside regular bonus opportunities which reward drivers for maintaining high standards of service. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Currently holds the applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation

Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- Provide pleasant customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
