We are currently seeking professional Shuttle Drivers to join our team, especially those who are passionate about delivering safe and courteous transportation services. Shuttle Drivers play a critical role in our business by transporting customers between our parking facilities and airport terminals, ensuring every passenger experiences a smooth and enjoyable journey. This position requires individuals who take pride in their driving capabilities, possess excellent customer service skills, and are dedicated to upholding the company's high standards for safety and professionalism.

The Shuttle Driver position is non-CDL, making it accessible to drivers who meet the essential requirements but do not hold a commercial driver's license. We offer flexible scheduling with all shifts available, including on-call opportunities, which suit individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment. This role offers a pay rate of $11 per hour, plus direct tips—both cash and mobile—and provides regular bonus opportunities for eligible candidates. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for adhering to all safety protocols while transporting up to 15 passengers safely and courteously. You will perform crucial pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and readiness, interact with guests by assisting with luggage, and provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service. A comprehensive understanding of the airport terminals and The Parking Spot facility layout is expected to facilitate efficient shuttle operations. Cooperation with team members and the ability to cross-train for other frontline roles demonstrate our commitment to flexible, versatile team members. Our drivers comply with all applicable commercial vehicle operation regulations and are motivated to support management in additional duties as required.
