The role demands a strong commitment to professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure smooth operations and high levels of service reliability.
This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, supplemented by performance incentives of up to $2,000 annually based on quarterly achievements. New hires receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with some terms applying. The schedule typically runs Sunday through Friday within evening and night hours, requiring 1-3 trips dispatched between 2:30 pm and midnight, depending on load requirements. New employees undergo two weeks of comprehensive training in Temple, Texas, ensuring they are well-prepared for their driving duties.
Performance Foodservice values its employees’ well-being and offers a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, including health and wellness benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, paid time off, and other valuable perks.
