This job listing is for a full-time Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) role covering all shifts at The Parking Spot. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $19.29 per hour, along with tips—both cash and mobile—and regular bonus opportunities. The role is essential for ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers between the parking facility and airport terminals. Shuttle Drivers are critical members of the front-line team who directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of services.
Shuttle Drivers at The Parking Spot are entrusted with the responsibility of safely transporting up to 15 passengers, adhering strictly to all safe driving practices while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role requires performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Drivers greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide knowledgeable guidance about the facility and airport terminals. Teamwork is highly valued, and drivers cooperate closely with colleagues, sometimes cross-training for other frontline positions to maintain flexibility and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate for the Shuttle Driver position is at least 21 years of age, possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably has previous driver or customer service experience. A clean and satisfactory driving record is mandatory, along with the possession of appropriate licenses or badges required to operate commercial vehicles in accordance with airport, federal, and state regulations. Candidates must be able to pass a physical examination as part of the selection process and demonstrate proficiency in speaking and reading English sufficiently to communicate effectively and comply with Department of Transportation regulations. The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation, is also required for handling passenger luggage.

Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- Provide pleasant customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
