The company is currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join their Guest Services team as Bell Attendants. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel and creating memorable first impressions by offering exceptional customer service. Bell Attendants assist guest arrivals by unloading luggage, opening vehicle doors, and escorting guests to the front desk and their rooms. They provide guests with relevant information about the hotel’s amenities and the local area, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

This position requires someone with an engaging personality who enjoys meeting people from around the world and making meaningful connections. Bell Attendants embody the company’s mission to "WOW" guests and deliver personalized service beyond just the basics. Working as part of the Guest Services team, the bell person also collaborates with lobby attendants to maintain a clean and organized entrance area. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for full shifts and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of customer service experience
  • ability to work full shifts standing for long periods
  • ability to transport luggage safely
  • physically able to perform duties including standing, walking, and moving luggage
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • willingness to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • ability to solve problems when they arise

  • must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel

Job Duties

  • help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
  • open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
  • escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  • escort guests and their luggage to rooms while explaining amenities and fun facts about the hotel
  • work with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences and open doors for all guests
  • assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • be the difference with all guests and employees by doing more than just the norm
