The Parking Spot is seeking professional Shuttle Drivers to join their dynamic team on various shifts, including on-call availability. As vital contributors to the company’s operations, Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation for customers between parking facilities and airport terminals. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $13 plus tips, both cash and mobile, with additional bonus opportunities, recognizing the important role drivers play in customer satisfaction and company success. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and operating vehicles responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
As a Shuttle Driver at The Parking Spot, you will ensure the smooth and safe transfer of up to 15 passengers while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections are part of your routine to ensure safety compliance. Customer service is paramount; you will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience from start to finish. Knowledge of the facility and airport terminals is essential, and adaptability is encouraged as you may be cross-trained for other frontline roles within the company. Complying with all applicable regulations governing commercial vehicle operation is critical to this position.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Currently holds the applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation

Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- Provide pleasant customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
