Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Two years of experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement required
- Medical certificate and DMV printout required
- Must be flexible to work any shift including holidays
- Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles with specialized equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must pass background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications
- Two years of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of safety and DOT standards
- Competency in operating specialized vehicle equipment such as wheelchair lifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement
- Medical certificate and DMV printout
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs
- Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading
- Inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and shuttle maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service responding to guest inquiries and giving directions
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as needed
- Immediately report incidents or claims to management
- Refuel shuttle and maintain fuel use logs
- Disinfect shuttle after each use
- Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities ensuring compliance with safety standards
