Job Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence with required endorsements
- must be at least 21 years old
- six months of commercial driving experience required
- doubles endorsement required
- comfortable with overnight shifts
- ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- must register with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- ability to read and communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with doubles endorsement
- minimum of six months commercial driving experience
- ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- comfortable with overnight schedules
- registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Safely drive tractor trailers containing various food products to and from dispatch sites
- perform all required pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- adhere to safety standards and company policies during all deliveries
- be prepared to perform backhaul or delivery driver duties as needed
- maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors
- operate vehicles in varied and inclement weather conditions
- comply with all DOT regulations including FMCSA Clearinghouse registration
