With a nationwide presence boasting over 40 locations and a dedicated team of over 2,000 employees, The Parking Spot has established itself as the largest company of its kind across the nation. The company prides itself not only on providing secure and convenient parking solutions to its customers but also on the strong culture of employee ownership, where every team member has a stake in the company’s success. This ownership program fosters a work environment where employees are motivated to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. The Parking Spot’s commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and respect creates a welcoming and supportive workplace that values every individual's contribution and promotes equal opportunity.

The role of Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) is integral to The Parking Spot’s core operations, bridging the gap between passengers and their travel needs with dependable, courteous transportation services. This position offers employment with flexible scheduling, including all shifts and on-call availability, and provides a competitive pay rate of $11 per hour plus tips, complemented by regular bonus opportunities. Shuttle Drivers play a vital role in ensuring customers receive timely and safe transportation from parking facilities to airport terminals and back, emphasizing safety, friendliness, and excellent customer service. Beyond driving skills, this position demands a professional demeanor and a willingness to assist guests with luggage and inquiries, thus enhancing overall customer experience. Drivers operate vehicles that can carry up to 15 passengers, requiring attentiveness to safety regulations and pre- and post-trip inspections. Candidates who join the team can expect consistent schedules, participation in the company’s employee ownership program, and potential eligibility for benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans. The Parking Spot also focuses on employee growth through training and professional development opportunities, aiming to cultivate a knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who uphold strong values in teamwork, people-focused service, and who desire to be part of a trusted brand in the travel sector. If you are 21 years or older, have a clean driving record, and can handle the physicality of assisting customers with luggage, The Parking Spot encourages you to apply and grow with them.
