This role is for a Guest Service Attendant position, focused on providing comprehensive guest services including driving courtesy vehicles safely between the hotel, airport, and local areas. This position requires a proactive, guest-oriented attitude and a readiness to assist with multiple hotel functions such as handling guest luggage, maintaining the bell station, answering phones, and room delivery. The Guest Service Attendant plays a vital role in contributing to a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. This position operates in a 24/7 environment where shifts and hours can vary to meet operational demands. Responsibilities require physical work inside and outside the hotel, navigating the hotel premises and surrounding area in designated vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby and baggage room.

The successful candidate will possess a valid Class B license and demonstrate the ability to safely operate vehicles in compliance with traffic rules and regulations while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. The position also demands knowledge of local attractions and services to provide effective guest recommendations. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves lifting luggage and working in various environmental conditions. The role requires multitasking within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of hospitality courtesy and appearance as outlined in the employee handbook.   • Ability to work in a fast paced environment sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible and efficient while maintaining a pleasant cheerful demeanor

Job Duties

  • Drive guests between airport and hotel and the local area obey all traffic rules and speed limits for safe accident free-trips
  • Open and close vehicle doors for guests
  • Check guest luggage for both day and overnight visits
  • Assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage and if requested from their vehicle
  • Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages to and from rooms vehicles and or loading areas
  • Run hotel errands as instructed by management
  • Maintain and clean the designated lobby station and baggage room
