The Shuttle Coordinator/Parking Lot Attendant position at VPA in Worcester is a part-time role designed for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and enjoy interacting with the public. This role involves monitoring employee parking, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas to optimize space. The position also includes dispatching shuttle operations, assisting shuttles in locating available parking spaces, and completing various tasks as directed by management. Shift hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with additional hours during special events, offering flexible scheduling options. This position begins at $18 per hour and holds potential for full-time employment when combined with other roles.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to remain visible and active throughout their shift. Previous security experience is a valuable asset but not required. The role demands a professional appearance, effective communication, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
