Job Requirements
- must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- must undergo a criminal records check
- must maintain a neat appearance and a positive attitude
- ability to work early morning shifts from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM
- willingness to work outdoors for the duration of the shift
- all new employees are subject to a 30-day trial period
- must be located in or able to commute to Worcester area
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience
- security experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- basic computer or radio communication skills
- neat appearance
- good attitude
Job Duties
- greeting patrons and providing assistance or instructions
- directing traffic and guiding patrons into parking spots
- being outside and visible during the entire shift
- filling out necessary daily paperwork
- providing umbrella service on rainy days
- offering security services and contacting police or management in emergencies
- recording vehicle counts
- communicating effectively with customers and coworkers including radio communication
- assisting customers in distress
- setting out and putting away equipment such as signs and cones
- maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanor
